Extremely unhappy with my experience at Moo Moo’s Daycare. My 2 year old son was not diaper-changed and sat in a poopy diaper resulting in a horrible diaper rash- which we have not seen since he was a teeny baby! At pick up the workers claimed they were in the middle of changing him. . After 10 minutes of waiting he was brought out to the lobby. Come to find it was his only change of the day because 3 of the 4 diapers I packed were still in his backpack. Upon arrival at home, I discovered his pants soaked with water (We believe at pickup the pants were pulled down in a rush & a wet towel was used to clean up the mess & dripped all over his pants unnoticed to the worker) When I changed his diaper at home I saw the rash, his diaper had poop smears from the rushed clean up & I noticed his butt was still damp- again not with urine but with water. I provided extra clothing which was not used- again as workers were most likely in a rush to clean up the mess he sat in ALL DAY & bring him out. At drop off I explained how my son did not have breakfast & to please feed him the bottle & snacks in his backpack. His thermos was still filled with milk, ziplock bags with snacks untouched- obviously neither were even presented to him. My son came home with a huge appetite as he was neglected to be fed. Also, while waiting 10 minutes for my son to be brought to the lobby I heard the woman watching the kids yelling nastily to stop talking it’s time to nap & shut the lights. The 2 "teachers" I met -to my surprise- were covered in arm tattoos which resemble gang affiliation. I never saw any certification & I believe there are not any. My son is part of a 2yr old program 2 days out of the week at another center- he is always nothing but smiles when I pick him up. When picking him up at Moo Moo’s he seems lethargic & almost zombie like. As if he just woke from sleep (he does not take naps) I am pulling my son out of this daycare & notifying Social Services of the neglect. Owner was not present at pickup & does not return voicemails. Not recommended- my child was absolutely neglected & as a mother I highly regret ever sending him there.
