I have used this provider for more than 6 months

After reading some of the reviews it’s just crazy how one parent will go through the extreme to make someone look so bad. My child attends this daycare and I remember the child being spoke of. This child’s mother was rude to staff as well as other parents always coming in with a nasty attitude that’s first then the funny thing is you read all of the complaints and the parent still brings the child back like really? If your going to discredit someone make sure your act is clean. The daughter is very nice and she takes care of the kids really well she even works with you on the price and days. Trust me I was glad to learn that her child wasn’t coming back to the daycare she would pick her daughter up and walk inside like someone did her wrong miserable woman and her child’s hair was never done but then again you should see the mother.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If you are a parent to a black child (or any child for that matter), don't bother bringing them to this daycare. The staff are rude, unprofessional, racist, and completely unfit to look after children.

The children are not secure or supervised here. Go somewhere else.

Daycare owner made discriminatory remark regarding natural black hair being "unkempt." Not recommended.

I wish there was less than one start rating to give to a daycare facility that maintains that children are African American may not wear their hair naturally as it appears "unkept". It's very culturally insensitive and racist to suggest that our hair in an afro is not acceptable for everyday wear. Shame on you.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This proprietor is very unprofessional. Over the eight months that I have used their services I have had many problems. 1. I picked up my daughter one day and got her home for a diaper change and found that she still had fecal matter from her last diaper change on her. 2. I came to pick up my daughter and their was a strange man holding her. 3. My aunt went to pick up my daughter and the front door was wide open and the only people in the front room were two 7 year old boys and my daughter asleep in a bouncy chair. The nearest adult was in a back room on the phone! My aunt had enough time to gather all of the baby's belongings before anyone came out or noticed she was there. The straw that finally broke the camel's back was the fact that my daughter kept coming home with her hair manipulated into braids that I myself did not do. I politely asked if they could not do this anymore and was met with rudeness and accusations that my child was in some way dirty or unkempt because her hair is in a curly afro and is missing hair on the sides and back because she's 11 freaking months old and it hasn't grown in yet! Please save your time and money and don't support this business. There are far better childcare providers in the area.

I would give a -10 if it was possible. The owner Margaret Davis discriminated against my friend calling her 1 year old daughters natural black hair unkempt. Then had the audacity to email her demanding that she change her child's hair. There is nothing wrong with natural black hair. There will be complaints made to the licensing board.
