I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Hello. I'm writing in response to the above comment/review of McDonald's Family daycare. I personally feel like this review was made out of pure hate. My son has been going to this daycare for a year now and I have never witnessed anything that would make me want to take him out or put him anywhere else. Ms Alegra and her family daycare were and are a God sent to me and my own family. Ms Alegra always fed my baby home cooked meals. He was always full upon picking him up. He was clean and he's a messy eater that's why you bring extra clothes when you have babies in Child care. I never seen NOT one roach or bug in the area where the kids were. All the babies had fun there. All the babies love Ms Alegra including her husband and children who helped her. In my own contract it says her husband on it too. So he to was able to tend to the children when needed. Especially when Ms Alegra was sick due to parents bringing THEIR sick child to daycare instead of keeping them home. He was great with my child and the other kids. I would never take my child to another daycare because finding people to take care of my baby that I trust is rare. Ms Alegra was great and flexible with me and my son from day one. When the air went out Ms Alegra did everything she could to help the parents out before she closed. She had to close because it's policy of having your license to have working air. She didn't have a choice. She needed to close while getting it fixed. Also, Ms Alegra was very diligent in sanitizing the daycare. In fact I watched her clean the mats after nap all the time. She always had beach water on deck ready to wipe tables and chairs. And she soaked the toys for sanitizing too. I believe this lady above was just bitter that she had to find care elsewhere due to the daycare closing for a little while due to the air. I feel like if you really had a problem with this daycare that you should have came to Ms Alegra instead of degrading her and her business and her husband. She trusted you with information and was honest with you from jump about certain things just like you trusted her with your daughter. You are dead wrong for this.
