Worst daycare I have ever dealt with. No cameras in the classrooms, no accountability. The director pretends to care when there is an incident but never does anything to remedy the injured party. Very tacky and unprofessional behavior.
This place was a huge disappointment right from the start. First off, the staff probably averages age 20. They are inconsiderate, rude, uneducated, and far from compassionate. They believe in telling children they are "bad" and threatening them into submission. I've heard it with my own ears. When you walk in, you will (more often than not) hear teachers yelling at children. The center is so unorganized and chaotic. My child had a classroom but 4 out of 5 days a week when I would pick her up she would be in a different class with a different teacher, and it was a different class every day. The child to adult ratio is way out of whack here. Sometimes I have counted 20 children to one staff member and the staff members just hanging out in the office when they should be in the classroom per state regs. The director constantly reeks of cigarette smoke when you speak to her and she can oft be found in her car smoking. Great example that is for children. They try to give pages and pages of worksheet homework every single night to 3 year olds which is against all modern early childhood education research. I imagine the parents are doing it. This place is just lacking in all areas. Instead of being a child care center, they act more like cattle herders, just trying to herd as many kiddos as possible through the center to get their dollar. They really don't seem to care.
