This child care center helps with children in the age range of Toddler (20), Pre-Schooler (44), School Age (36), Toddler, Pre-Schooler, School Age. The provider also participates in a subsidized child care program.
This Child Care center is Highly unprofessional. The DIrector is more concerned with collecting money and I believe neglecting the needs of the children in this center. I was only there a short period of time, and I thank God for that. My experience was nothing short of negative. I had a Preschooler that was not transitioning well into her new classroom. As a result she was placed into the Toddler room as a means of correction. I never had any communication with her teachers. I observed the Director and a Teacher chastising a single young mother because her child obviously had mental health issues that were overwhelming her staff. The attitude and disposition of these two women was awful. The young lady may have needed resources for help, not an attitude because he keeps soiling himself. I guarantee it didn't stop her from getting his payments.
To make matters worse, when I pulled my daughter out the center. No, I didn't give notice. She didn't deserve any. She lied and told JFS that I owed her money. I had to send a bank statement to show proof I paid her current every Friday. Otherwise, your child is not coming thru that door without it.
My opinion is this center needs to be under new management in order to be successful in our community. We need less places like this and more options for better child care in our community.
It is so sad that people can slander a daycare center in such words but i have been using this daycare center for over 2 years and I have never had problem with the director or the staff.The staff treats everybody kids as there own.I have never experienced this as a parent. When parents get mad and put false allegations on the reviews it truly does people a disservice.
If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. First off, the staff is VERY unprofessional. The teachers were seen sleeping in the children's play room while on duty. Doors stay unlocked. Secretary dresses inappropriately and has terrible unwelcoming attitude. My child's morning teacher always seemed unhappy to be there. The director has a HORRIBLE disposition. Always seems as if she has an attitude and just a chip on her shoulder in general. The fees are OURAGEAOUS!! There was one day that I forgot to bring my child diapers and I had to pay them 30 dollars as a result. I tried to explain to them that I forgot the diapers at home and would replace what he used. The director was very mean, and rude, she had no sympathy for me as a single mother. Save yourself the drama and do not enroll your child.
