There is no doubt that Rosa loves her kids. Let's start with the CONS: The house is dark and dirty, cigarette butts are all over the driveway, the TV is on pretty much all day, there is really no structure, feral cats are in the front yard since she feeds them food, a small dog that barks with every knock on the door, and it's her way or the highway. PROS: she genuinely loves the kids, cooks all meals, and less expensive than other home daycares.
