I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I have used this provider numerous times without any problems. Provider is up to date with all inspections and there are no violations. I asked to see proof of most recent inspection on 8/23/17, and the allegations one parent made that her child was mistreated are false. The problem is not at the daycare but with the child's home and lack of parental supervision. If there were violations, this daycare would not have remained open all these years. This is one of the nicer and cleaner daycares in the Flushing area. The staff treat all the children with love and care, and all the children there are happy.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The story is : through 8/13~8/15, Both my husband and I have to work so I send my girls to a daycare that my friend introduced to me. The first day and the second day was good but the last day I finished my work at 22:30. Then I call the daycare, they say I can't pickup at that time , it's too late. They have to lock the door . I have no choice. When I pick them up on 8/16morning , I saw my little one's face were all the big bites. Then I send her to the doctor, I got some ointment. On 8/17 morning, her face and eyes are swollen!! Then I sent her to the hospital. Then she stay in the hospital for 2day one night!Yes ! You know what ! At first I even didn't check that place ! Because my friend always send her 2yrs son to there . When this happened I went to the place to check. It's a very terrible apartment. They even didn't turn on the AC . Around 13kids in that small place. The smallest looks only 1yrs old. And the two old ladies work there are very rude to the kids. I can't believe that!
