Description: Little Children’s Place is a licensed Child Care Center located in Elmont NY which houses 67 children from ages 18 months through 5 years of age. We also offer an excellent after care program for school-agers. We are open Monday through Friday from 6.30am to 6:30pm. At Little Children’s Place whether enrolled full time, part time or in the UPK program, your child will receive the very best in early learning education with a well rounded age appropriate curriculum. We boast an excellent child to staff ratio. We believe in parents as partners and welcome volunteers on field trips, to share hobbies, or to read to the children during our Thursday afternoon story hour. Our curriculum also offers exposure to shapes, colors, numbers and letters, as well as Spanish as a foreign language. The center employs a qualified staff who meet the criteria as experts in early childhood development. Parents will be able to leave their children at Little Children’s Place with confidence and peace of mind. We partner with families, Elmont School District and Nassau County to bring in other needed programs which will enhance early childhood development.
