Corrective Action: During the full compliance visit, staff members from the one-year-old, two to three-year-old and four to five-year-old classrooms were asked separately what method they utilized to obtain information to make assessments and complete development plans for the children in care. All three staff had no knowledge of how they should have been documenting milestones, social/ emotional or academic accomplishments. All three staff stated they did not record progress in a formal way and they speak from memory if they have a conference with a parent. Developmental plans were not produced during this visit. The licensee is required to document childrens progress. An individual plan must be developed within 45 days of the first day of attendance and updated at least three times over a one year period. This information should be kept in the childs file and shared with parents during a conference.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

More like a babysitting service they do not pay attention to children there is no curriculum.they fed my child what I specifically stated on application to not feed. not pleasant staff some very sloppy .closed when they want to without notice
