This is an honest review about little buzz kingdom..
My son attended this facility when he was a baby. About a year later i decided to apply there because i figured why not. I got a job there (this is an honest review not a gruntle employee) by the time i was working there my son was in the big kids hallway. I noticed there was something wrong here when i saw that 80% of the workers were young just out of school girls who just want childcare or easy money. Everyone was always on their phone teachers were left in the room alone out of ratio with long periods of time. You pay a supply fee every year, all the kids get is donated colors (the ones you can get at ihop) and paper all they ever did was color. Let me not get started on the lunch because the get a little bit of lunch to the point where the children start taking each others lunch and they get the cheapest lunch possible because the owners don’t want to spend the extra money. All the kids ever did was play with toys or go outside. For snacks all they ever get is crackers. State is in and out of this place because parents are constantly calling (it’s mandatory that state comes every 1-2 times a year to evaluate) state has been to this place 30+ times in the last 2 years... as soon as state comes the girls pretend to be working and Kelsie Shepherd (now “director”) alarms the girls to tell them to pretend to do their job. The person responsible for evaluating Kaufman area is close friends with Kelsie, so calling state is pointless if I’m being honest because Kelsie WILL make up a lie. I’ve witnessed Kelsie with MY OWN eyes lie to parents. The last two directors quit because there’s no fixing this place, so the owners just went to Kelsie NOT because she’s good, but because she’s the only one still there. This place is always understaffed and people don’t care to come to work. Kelsie is 100% more concerned on making friends with the girls instead of being their boss. I was curious so i looked her up on Facebook and i saw pictures of her and the coworkers out clubbing on the weekends getting drunk and smoking (i don’t care what she does on her free time but this is not a person i want watching or aware of my kid). This daycare doesn’t care if the people they hire have training, they’re so understaffed that they’ll take anyone. When they hire people they don’t train them whatsoever. Children are constantly getting sick because they don’t clean any toys or anything. The carpets were cleaned maybe one a year, the floors polished once. There’s mold everywhere, the ceilings leak. A teacher got fired two years ago for hitting a kid let me tell you SHES RELATED TO KELSIE, so she’ll do anything to lie !! I saw girls get hire and bring their kid the first days and then never come back because they didn’t want their kid there. I don’t care about Kelsie but i believe she is the problem of this daycare. She’s been caught stealing money that the parents use to pay for the week, been caught taking diapers etc. i can write a whole book about this daycare, but parents please look up their citations on the state website. There has been a lot of kids found by the highway because the teachers were careless and weren’t paying attention. Make the extra drive to a better daycare.
