Pros: Seems to be versed in Love and Logic technique. It would be a good fit for a parent that is willing to pay more for a kindergarten feel to a daycare.
Cons:Small backyard play area, very inflexible on times, seems to talk down to adults. For me personally, it seemed that she was not very attentive to my child during the interview and she read the entire worksheet to me...it made me feel really like I was being treated as a child and she did not think I could do it myself. My daughter while she was doing this was asking me all sorts of questions and she would not stop her speech while she was doing this (could only pay attention to part of it because of this). Also she charges extra for potty training.
