Description: Latchkey is a child care program that provides care and education for children in Kindergarten (afternoon only) through fifth grade. This program is designed to be a link between the home and the school. Certified and qualified child care providers supervise, teach, and interact with children to ensure that they are cared for, supervised, and exposed to many learning activities. Children are allowed to complete homework and share enjoyment in a developmentally appropriate environment. LatchKey is located at MacArthur Elementary. Transportation to LatchKey from the Liberal schools is provided for a small fee.
