Description: Our school is made up of the most caring and professional staff that you can possibly find in the state of Maryland. Each of the teachers that work at Pleasant Plains Elementary School (PPES) are highly qualified teachers, and often have additional certifications in other areas related to Education. Each member of the PPES staff is dedicated to both children and the community that surrounds Pleasant Plains. Programs such as the school play, “Annie”, the “Kick, Punt, Pass Competition”, Reading and STEM Fair Nights, or the student- ran broadcast studio are just a few of the many events that help bring the students, parents, staff and community together for one great cause - student achievement!!
