If I could give them zero star- I would. Their director, Linda is extremely unprofessional and cold. If your child has amount of emotion or wants more activities- DON’T come here. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I brought my child here
Avoid this place at all costs. If your child has any needs beyond basic child care they will not accommodate and kick you to the curb. The director, Linda, is terribly unprofessional and rude.
I had a terrible experience with Learning Ladder. As a father of four kids, I have sent my kids to a few different daycares and this was by far the worst experience. I believe this starts at the top with the Director, Linda. She is a poor communicator, unprofessional, and rude. My son had an accident while at Learning Ladder and I was told three different stories from three different people on what happened. The said my 2 year was having a wide variety of issues which disappeared as soon as we switched daycare. There are some great teachers their but the issues start at the top and as long as Linda is in charge I would stay away.
