The teacher could have been talking to another kid on the other side that you can’t see from the parking lot of the Dentist’s office! They have multiple classes so yeah there may have been some kids inside and some outside! When you were in MD did every grade come outside to play? Hmm I think not! I’m pretty sure that every grade had a different time! Either way instead of smearing a business why didn’t you go knock on the door and ask questions, record the conversation, or even report it? Kids play, they do what they want.
I have sat at the Dentisty beside this place. An I have witnessed 7 small children outside unattended for atleast 20 minutes while some were standing in the window seals of the facility, an another kid taking the shirts off the other children. The care takers have no wellbeing for the children. She eventually cam outside an continued to just sit on her phone.
