I have used this provider for more than 6 months

A clean well lit daycare center at the end of a private road in New Rochelle surrounded by lovely homes. This was my first impression of the daycare. Unfortunately, the experience in the home/daycare center was nothing like the house or smiling faces you will see when you visit. Staff turnover including staff quitting and/or getting fired was a norm and did not allow the children to bond with their teachers. The staff that did remain were regularly on their cell phones instead of watching the kids. One morning I even walked in the room while a little girl had a small toy in her mouth and another little child was hitting a friend and the teachers?! ON THEIR PHONES IGNORING THE CHILDREN. The Director tries her best and means well but this place is in ruins and the day to day operational flow is even worse. Do yourself and your babies a favor and don't choose this center.
