If I have the option to put 0 star I will do it! They are a lair. they call me to tell me that my daughter has fever and when I was in the place to pick up my daughter I put the thermometer, I guess what???? NO fever... That was on Wednesday with the idea that no bring my daughter the next 2 day of the week...Because of that! I feel like a thief was in my house...
To b exact my 12 month old was there less than 3 weeks. They are not organized at all, the staff doesn’t interact with the parents or let u know how the kids day went. When u walk in everyone is one their phones and no speaks another language only Spanish. They ask that u provide diapers but when I would get home the baby had different diaper than what I provided them. They had an issue with parents that they decided that no one was allowed to go into the class to pick up your child so they will pick up the kids in the front from the parents and when u came to get them they will bring them to you. So when we went to pick up my baby they didn’t ask questions or ID and they went to the back and came back with a 3 month old baby. We keep tell them that it was not my baby and when she figured out she asked for the name and she said I thought your baby left. Like are u serious!! That was her last day!!! They were upset that I took my baby out of the school that they treated us like crap when I asked for her stuff. The worst daycare ever!!!
