This is not a daycare I would recommend to anyone. The director Jessie Banks and the owner Ms. Coon seem to not be on the same page when assisting new clients. Ms. Coon is very unprofessional and does not want to talk to any parents. They wasted both my caseworker and my time. Ms. Coon sent me an email saying they were not going to be able to service my children AFTER Ms. Banks told both my caseworker and myself everything was fine and my children were ok to start Monday. I mean I filled out paperwork and my caseworker did as well all for no reason. I would recommend Clarian Place which is another daycare facility next door to kids world or any other daycare BUT NOT THIS ONE.
