Description: Our philosophy is that every child gets the same chance to learn in the same environment. Every child needs to have an environment that will help them learn, explore and have fun in a way that best fits their needs. As the owner/director it is my job to make that happen. I believe that every infant, toddler and young child needs a safe, comfortable, and developmentally appropriate environment. I will have positive teacher/child interactions, developing relationships between teacher and child, while fostering the emotional, social and cognitive development. I will provide tools, toys and staff that will make this possible. We will teach a curriculum but we may need to modify it to work for everyone. I believe that children learn from an educational, loving, structured atmosphere. Children also need to have challenges along the way to overcome so they learn how to be strong, ask questions and receive self-happiness when they conquer the challenge. I will strive to encourage each child at my center to grow in self-esteem and develop according to their full potential.
