I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been with this provider for years. I been there through management changes, when they went from The Learning Ranch to Kids and Company. They called me off of work one day because my son had a fever. No problem, however when I picked him up his temp was normal. They blamed it on the faulty thermometers and apologized. The other event that stood out to me is the fact that they don't make illness exposures known to the parent. I am use to getting letters home or phone calls in an event my kid was exposed to an illness. They write a note and put it on a board out side of the kids classroom as if a parent reads it/check it everyday. I also came to the center and seen my child sucking on someone else pacifier.
