If zero stars were an option, that would be my choice. The onsite directors are great at least the 20 or so that churned through the three years my child attended. They're powerless to have any real impact on the business side of things. I've called six times to get a year end summary for 2017 and they will not return or accept my calls. Such an unprofessional company. I completed a survey and the owner called and argued with me regarding my opinion. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. This is a buyer beware purchase. Oh, and you don't have a choice but to use the service.
