Maybe I should have trusted this review instead of sending my son because I “knew” one of the teachers. I agree with the other review if I didnt have to give this center one star I wouldn’t. The center is dirty floors don’t look like they ever get cleaned. The walls are dirty u can tell know one attempts to wipe them down. It always smells like a diaper when you walk in. The front door has a lock on it however there isn’t enough staff for all the children so avoid teachers leaving the kids unattended they leave the front door unlocked for anyone to walk in. The owner was never available to voice your concerns to and by the time she did start being available I was done with the center. Family members of mine who visited the center to pick up my child always complained about how the center looked. Very unprofessional to say the least.
I don't suggest this childcare facility for anyone. If I didn't have to give it atleast one star I wouldn't. The facility was clean for the most part but there wasn't any interaction between babies and teachers. Most of the teachers were very young and didn't have much knowledge about the facility nor the children they were dealing with. I questioned a lot that was going on at this facility as far as was my child changed during the day because she came home with the exact amount of diapers she was sent with . Another thing was that they didn't feed her any table food just milk after milk in which that wasn't what was instructed for them to do. The owner/director had no communication with parents she used her staff and her children as her relatable messengers. The things done at this childcare facility was completely unacceptable .
