I've sinced moved out of the area but I'll tell you "Miss Sandy" was one of the first people I trusted to watch my toddlers and she was great! She was friendly, helpful, hugged my kids when they were sad (because I had to go). She's a mother, grandmother & good provider. And yes I was aware of construction but have no doubt Sandy put the kids safety first.
I am responding to the coward who won’t own who they are while having the mitigated Gaul to defamate Kenzee Kare with inflammatory alagations that are completely untrue. First of all contractor is licensed and insured. Licensed with the federal govt along with licensed in Broome county Ny. Furthermore the contractor comes with over 20 yrs experience including being a project in manager in NJ and Pa. He has the credentials to be fact checked and verified. The only thing in that post that was close to accurate was work going on during evening hrs. The answer is yes. However work was being wrapped up at 10 pm in accordance with the town ordinance. However work was being conducted all day but in a different area of the site during the day. Work specific to the day care was only being done after the day care closed as to not disturb the function of the business and have any safety issues for the children including loud noise to disturb their naps. The person who wrote this and I as the contractor know who you are called the police three times trying to get us shut down and they did not because we were following the rules. This project was going on for three months with no issues by any homeowners and everyone was happy with the work that was going on. However one homeowner rents out part of his home. It was once this mid twenty kid who didn’t like the contstruction had an issue is when this harassment began. Now because the police told him there’s nothing they could do cause we were in compliance he now choses to attack a family’s business and form of income. This is very sad and I hope the good lord gives you the punishment you deserve. I encourage anyone reading these reviews to reach out to the customers who been bringing their children here for yrs and they will give you the truth!
They have an unlicensed construction crew working on a roof and deck+roof combo during the night, 7 nights a week, usually 6-11pm. They have no permit from the city, appear to have no construction experience with how they operate tools, and from the looks of it, the porch + roof isn't very stable. If they're hiring these kinds of people to do illegal construction at night, how do you think they're treating your children? A child may be crushed by that roof. Who knows
Owner is VERY VERY rude. Her whole personality changed from the day i met her within just a week. First she had my son laying on his blanket on the floor, i nicely asked her to not put his blanket on the fooor where people walk, she said she was giving him tummy time, i told her no worries, i will bring his tummy time mat tomorrow, she said ok. I bring the mat the following morning and she proceeds to tell me she already has one after i told her i would bring one & she agreed (this is when i first realized her attitude. The following day I asked her if i would be able to get a receipt for my payment, because my cousin made the payment for me when she picked my son up and she told me no, i proceeded to ask her why, she opened my message and did not reply FOR HOURS so i proceeded to explain why i needed it (for documentation & also for proof im paying for daycare when my court date comes up with my sons father, iwas not rude, no attitude just simply explaining the situation to her and asking why i wouldnt be able to get a receipt and she replied “I meant to put NP for no problem please don’t start giving me a hassle because you can find someone else to watch your son” you would think a person that works in a daycare this many years & deals with these kind of things would say “im so sorry i totally did not mean no, i understand, we will get you those receipts” i believe communication is the biggest key & people who work with kids and parents, should know what to say & what not to say. My son will definitely NOT be returning after that threat.
