I have used this provider for years, never had any issues with her, the reviews on here are bs, the only problem that was ever at this place was her ex husband, I’m sure that is who is on here doing all the reviews, or having people put them up for him. No she has not been arrested, no she did not take a child without parent permission, no she doesn’t leave children in small dark places. There are baby gates where she is allowed to use them. So instead of believing what you read go to the source.
Refused to give child back, called police and still refused.. had to stand on property for over 4 hours to get child back. She’s very dangerous and will scream at child
If I could give this psychopath a ZERO I would! Do NOT send your children here! This woman took my child from my ex’s mother who had no say in signing my child up in day care at all especially not at 9 o’clock at night. I had to call the police in order to get her to open the door she held my child hostage from the authorities. The cops had to pound on her doors for hours before finally forcing entry to get my 2 year old back! She takes children without parental consent forms or shot records. This day care is ran out of a shack house in the middle of no where. Do NOT send your kids here Janelle is not a sane or safe person. Her license has already been taken before! She is absolutely horrible & does not treat children properly.
The woman has been arrested for child abuse shouldn’t be near children she is a drug addict crazy lady. She screams at police and slams door in there faces. She should be in a hospital not watching anybodies kids. The Lewis county sheriff know all about her but yet still she is allowed to be open. Insane. Women should be in a ward.

First week cancelled on my 2 x ,
When I arrived at her home Monday morning she has her " assistant " greet me along with 5 dogs she did not make me aware of, she was not there to greet me , check any records of even review the physical or vaccinations. I was very uncomfortable that one person was giving care to 7 children alone. She talked for about 25 minutes about herself and did not explain anything just took the money and paperwork . And sat while the children roamed around I could hear a baby crying she said she was almost a year old and " she'll be fine " my kids were already getting into the kitchen closets and under the sink with chemicals . She assured me the owner " janelle would be back any minute and she was driving kids to summer ec because it's "free and they keep the kids all day" and had to do laundry because it was "piling up" i waited around as long as I could but no Janelle as I was getting into my car she walked right past me and went inside didn't even look at me or wonder who was in the driveway. It all didn't sit well with me.
I paid 140 dollars for 2 children for 2 days, at first they told me one child was 140 a full week she has texted me and said 140 would be okay for 2 for half a week. That changed when I arrived to 35 dollars per child per day . I explained I could not afford that as I am a single mother with no family or friends in the area and my work is appointment based and very scattered, until I become on salary once I was running a project . A single mothers not for profit resource center, shelter and runaway home .
After 20 minutes "assistant" me to come pick up my son (4) because his behavior wasn't good, that wasn't a problem I went and I picked him up and told her I wanted both of my children, they told me I would not get a refund for the day even thought he was there 20 minutes. I let my other son (1) stay. She told me she would not refund me for that day, even though I explained I needed childcare for both and not one child . I paid for the week in advance, When I arrived at the facility I picked up my son who is four He told me he slapped the daycare worker because she was "screaming in his face". They told me they cannot have difficult children because there not allowed to punish , use time out or use and disciplinary measures . I again explained I need childcare for 2 children not one and they said you won't be refunded , I brought my youngest son in to collect his brother, and they said he's so cute bring him instead we can't do tommorow so come Friday, I called Thursday to ask them if they were all set for Friday I I had a very important meeting . I was told for a second Friday in a row they could not take my children, because Wednesday the Cops and CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES , were at there home so Friday was out. They didn't have enough staff because the owner had to be in COUNTY COURT on Friday . I told them it sounded like they had alot going on and I'd collect my money Monday morning 70.00 for the Friday they cancelled . In which Janelle responded to me so you don't need child care ? I said no I do not ( I would never leave my children with someone who thinks " oh they'll be fine" (crying in a dark room alone in a cot ) it was a small cramped place that is not child proofed , no restraints or baby gates anywhere to be seen. No reasoning to why child services and Police were there . She responded and said you pulled the children out. Your not getting your money , long story short she cancelled on my and decided she'd keep my money .

She is amazing with my children. She keeps myself and my husband updated all day everyday with pictures and videos. She does lots of arts and crafts with the children, lots of outdoor play when able to. She is absolutely amazing.
