We used IIE @ AE since our children started kindergarten and were really happy with the care they received. The staff was always kind and caring and made sure the kids are having a great time. Unfortunately - this summer (2015) the staff changed and everything seemed to go downhill. The new director and most of the staff - with a couple of exceptions - seemed so disappointed and unhappy about being there and having to take care of our children. Nothing of the good and happy vibes that the old team sent. While last summer our kids used to wake up at crack of dawn excited about going to camp, this summer they were begging us not to be sent to THAT camp almost every morning. We decided to switch childcare despite the fact that the Imagination in Education's concept is a good one with a multitude of activities and numerous field trips for the summer camp. I can't speak about other locations, but our family won't send our kids there any longer.
