I am an employee
I recently quit from working from this daycare because of discrimination. I was singled out by the owner and previous employee. I was accused of things I didn't do, and was complained out constantly over petty things. When the other employee left for maternity leave, another girl was hired to replace her. Whenever she did anything wrong, I would get in trouble for it. Whenever we needed to be corrected, she would separate us and talk to me in an unfriendly and intimidating tone and say the same thing to the other employee with a sweet and friendly tone. She excluded my son from activities like going to the park, or getting ice cream or toys, and would sneak out in order for my son to not see them leave. She talked to him in a rude and intimidating voice. Her attitude against him was a direct insult on me because she didn't like me. I quit through text and was very professional about it. When I returned to collect my sons things, she was very hostile. Then after we left, she texted both me and my husband and threatened us with the police if we ever came back. I don't recommend working there.
