Description: Franklin-Vance-Warren Opportunity, Inc., Head Start is a federally-funded child development program designed to prepare economically disadvantaged children for kindergarten. We also link families with services that will promote child and family success and lead to self-sufficiency. Counties served are: Franklin, Vance, Warren and Granville Counties. Services are provided for families who meet income guidelines. No fees are charged.
