I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The worst place, horror movie day care. Angela, who is the owner, is very mean, unprofessional, uneducated, gloomy, even cruel person. She was keeping my 9 months old baby in a crib for hours (I did not know this) and texted me that my baby was hysterically crying every day and I had to pick him up immediately. I saw bruises and scratches, was told that he got them himself. She sent me hundreds text messages every day. My son is positive, very friendly, cute, smiling to everyone, never crying at home. In the morning, she met me with such words: “Did you come to have poop again?” “Did you come to cry again?”. Baby lost weight, started to be sick all the time, never was sick before. Staff is the same as the owner, totally unprofessional. Stay away!!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have used Happy planet daycare for both of my boys. I highly recommend it. The owner is very responsible and attentive. I always felt comfortable leaving my children there and still do for after school. The owners are accommodating to all of our family needs. The teachers are kind and caring. My children enjoy being there at all times. The atmosphere is home like, and nurturing. Meals provided are home cooked, 3 times a day. My family developed a great relationship with this daycare, and we only have positive things to say.
