Mad Daddy Sep 25, 2015

I'm very upset with this business and the demeanor they used to tell my wife they no longer wanted to watch our daughter. They were extremely unprofessional in telling us they could not watch our daughter because she cried too much but as the 'director' put it...'hey, I'm just delivering the message from the owner. I don't know anything more than that.' I expect that a business that watches children would have a more formal method of telling parents their child is, maybe not ready for daycare. Instead, I felt as though they had no concern for what issues may have been underlying our daughter's behavior. The staff seems to be constantly turning over and it appeared that no one knew what was going on. I asked if anyone knew about the day care on Facebook after this happened and one of the employees really reflected the company's caliber of people working there. She called people, on Facebook, retard and idiot. I'm so disgusted knowing that my daughter was in their care.
