The plan must be kept on site, be followed by the caregivers and be available upon demand. Where the provider will administer medications, the health care plan must also be approved by the program's health care consultant. The health care consultant may revoke approval of the plan if a visit to the day care program reveals that the approved health care plan is not being reasonably followed by the provider. If the health care consultant approval is revoked, the Office must be immediately notified.|
