Worst in West Chester. Very unprofessional. Lies. Puts the fear of God in the kids. Decides she is done with your child and no warning calls you and says come get your kid this is the last day for them. Threatens to call the cops on you. Because my child laid on the floor and did not get up. She refused a nap. Another parent was kicked out with no warning because her child did not want to nap. This lady can not handle this type of business anymore and needs to be shut down. I fear for the safety of any kid in her care. Per her contract she does not allow kids outdoors if below 35 degrees. yesterday was 22 and she allowed 2 toddlers to play outside. She snaps. She also lets 1 and 2 year old "cry it out" for more than an hour at a time. This lady "penny" as she says is her name needs to be shut down! Take your child else where or you will too one day get a call that she is done with your child and come get them.
