We have set policies in place to guide our decisions and provide the best care for your child.
Our center's hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. We also offer extended hours during the week and Saturday care . Programs are offered on a full time or part time basis to meet the parents' needs.
The teachers are not kind to the children. They speak poorly about the kids. The Director is rude and unprofessional. My daughter got a yeast infection from the daycare.
Since day one I've felt very comfortable leaving my son here. The staff is very helpful and caring to the kids and willing to go above and beyond.
When I say excellent, I mean just that. Great staff, great Directors and great program. All around greatness. Thanks Ms Michelle for being such a great Director.
Never had a bad experience with this daycare. The staff and director are always helpful and caring. I can only speak good things about the center and it's excellent. Thanks you guys for taking care of my baby.
Well, I thought this was a nice daycare- Mrs. Stella my daughters teacher was great- they seemed to be very interested in education and cleanliness- but I had a payment issue one week- spoke with the Director Mrs. Merlene who is very confrontational. So I had to make other arrangements for my daughter for that week- since they don't have GA Pre-K program available- I unenrolled my daughter after finding another daycare with slots available- explained the situation to Mrs. Merelene and she was understanding.. Until the next week when she called me and asked me where my payment was--- I was very confused- and she stated that I still owed payment for two weeks even though I have moved my child to another daycare facility. Two weeks later I find out- that they have been debiting my debit card twice for $40 each time- and my child hasn't been there is over a month. Terrible service, terrible conflict resolution, terrible experience. Now I have to contact my lawyer for two fraudulent charges that were made on my card UNAUTHORIZED.
I’ll sum it up by saying I had serious concerns about security, health and safety, and professionalism with this daycare center. Concerns here ranged from my child coming home with things that weren’t his, his feeding plan not being followed and me finding untouched bottles and baby food in his bag every night (and he stopped gaining weight), finding him sleeping in baby seats instead of on his back in the crib, not having cameras in the rooms, heavy turnover among the teachers, hearing teachers audibly yelling at children, my son constantly getting sick (got RSV in his first week there, also got gastroenteritis, two rounds of pink eye, and the flu), kids standing unsupervised at the front door each evening, run ins with the extremely confrontational owner, and the owner not getting permission from or notifying parents that a non-employee would be coming in to take photos with the kids.
