I have been going to this daycare for almost a year now and let me tell you this is one of the best daycares I have ever been apart of. My daughter is currently in the infants with Mrs. Linda Taylor, she is very kind and patient with the children. She gives them each the attention they need and they are always busy learning new things. She always has posted on their calendar what they are going to be working on that day and there daily activities. I would totally recommend this daycare to anyone and I am blessed to have found such an amazing daycare.
I have had both my kids at this daycare for 10 years the staff is very friendly and always informs me on what my children have learned and have done that day. My daughter is currently in their on my way pre-k that they offer and there curriculum is very good and gives the kids a wonderful opportunity to learn in different styles and ways I would recommend this daycare to anyone because of my amazing experience and service I have had at this daycare.
I toured this center and was planning on enrolling my 4 month old there. When I went into the baby room, there was one teacher working and she was looking at her phone while two babies were screaming. One was on the floor crying and one was placed in a crib screaming. The baby boy in the crib looked like he had been screaming for awhile because his face was bright red. She didn't show any concern that the baby was crying. After we walked into the room, and the owner started telling me about the classroom the staff member picked up the baby that was on the floor and started to change her pants. Then she sat down in the rocker with the baby and began to feed it. She still did not do anything about the baby screaming in the crib. Surprisingly neither did the director. I do not think this center has enough staff, and it doesn't seem like the staff pays much attention to the children. I do not want my son to be in that classroom if he would be ignored like that. I think they need more staff! I also think it was ridiculous that the staff member was on the phone when we came in instead of paying attention to the children crying. ALSO the center looks run down, toys look old and warn out. It's not good quality!
At first we were happy with what we saw and were real excited about the boys going to preschool and daycare here but the communication between parent and staff is terrible. The owner Lisa told us we didn't have to put a deposit down or bring registration form in until the day they started (4/4/16) when we wanted to get the boys shot records to them 3/28/16 we were told very rudely they can't start til 4/11/16. We had given notice to previous provider and the office didn't care that now we do not have a place for our boys. When we went to visit facility they were very nice and now how rude they have turned and they are the ones that didn't insist on paper work they told us to bring the boys on 4/4/16 and now they are saying we can't because they don't have staff. The owner as well as the office was very rude about the boys starting we asked when they could start and they told us 4/4,then they changed it to 4/11 without calling us and when we told them we already gave notice at our other daycare the owners attitude was like she didn't care and it wasn't her problem.
I will not recommend this daycare to anyone because the communication is bad and the owner is not willing to do what she says she is going to do. They don't follow through with what they tell you and the attitude of staff is rude.
