Not happy with Isabels daycare. She does not know how to communicate at all. I asked her to let me know ahead of time when the daycare would be closed so I can make arrangement at work. She gave short notice from one day to the other. Many times I had to hear from a second party daycare was closed. Not reliable at all. She closes the daycare too many times. She does not report to you when your child gets hurt. Shes's always on her laptop on zoom meeting too bussy with her side job. She has no time to greet you or receive your child. She is more focused on her side business than the welfare of the children. The only reason why i left my son with her was becuase I was desperate for a sitter. I would NOT recomend her at all.
My kids we're attending this daycare for 3 months and then out of the blue they threw out both of them because my 16 month old son wouldn't sleep for them. It was unprofessional and they left me and my family with a huge burden and only 1 weeks notice. I would not recommend this daycare.
