After a year I have pulled my toddler for her care due to pure carelessness and negalect.
My son started at this daycare on 1/1/18. The day he started he was sent with a 360 brimless stainless steal cup which was to stay at daycare for his personal use. I have receicedd multiple pictures of my son daily using his cup. Last night after puting my son today I decided to clean his cup that was mistakenly sent home with him. As I started to break down his cup I noticed that it smelled funny. I removed the top rubber piece only to find it COVERED in mold! My son has been drinking for a moldy cup daily. When I asked her about it she replyed back with a text stating that “she didnt know the top came off to clean it” Nor did she ever bother to ask me HOW to break it down an clean it herslef, or ask me to clean it myself. Truely unacceptable, disgusting, unexcussable and heartbreaking! After bringing this matter to her attention, she offered me a $40 refund! $40 is all my son’s health and safety is worth to you when I pay $800 a month for you to care for him!? NEVER again will my son return and NEVER again will I recomed her to anyone!
