The reason for the one star rating has nothing to do with Whitney Elliott's ability to care for our child. It seemed that she did an adequate job. Our problem came when we gave Mrs. Elliott 3 weeks notice of termination due to relocating out of state. The very next day, she notified us, via text message, that she was terminating our spot in the daycare due to having someone on her waiting list that needed to start immediately and she had to look out for what's best for her business. Keep in mind that we had already paid our tuition, one week in advance of required time. In our opinion, this is very poor business practice and should be considered when considering entering into any transaction with Elliott Family Daycare.
