very concerned Dec 01, 2016

This comment is a follow up from the above rater. First of these claims are serious. Did you call the police? Get cps involved or call the childcare abuse hotline? And what was your immediate course Of action after you found out her daughter was using drugs in the home. If indeed these accusations are 100% true she should be shut down immediately and a child abuse/neglect case should be opened up amongst other things such as serious jail time!!!! Why would you have put up 28th discrimination. I am very interested to hear your personal story if youd care to share further. Best regards, if this was your experience I hope your child no longer goes there

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Where do I start?! Abbie's Daycare is extremely unorganized and unsanitary. She cares for a huge lot of dogs & puppies that don't recieve proper cleaning nor are they contained throughout the daycare hours. I have witness two of the dogs viciously fight to the point where the owner (Abbie) needed to spray the dogs with water in order to cease their attacks on each other. I had gotten very close and familiar to one of the employees by the name of Jaqulyn whom is also Abbie's daughter only to find out FIRST hand that she sniffs cocaine, shoots up heroine and has a long history of mental disabilities in which she takes meds for daily. I was vervally discriminated toward for being African American and called a "nigger" on numerous occasions by the said employee and even under such circumstances Jaqulyn is not refrained from watching, supervising or disciplining the young children. I would not recommend Abbie's Childcare center to anyone, Jaqulyn lives on the premises and can not be kept away from the children which I believe deems the program unsafe , what if the one of the children were to come across Jaqulyn's drugs? What if one of the dogs attacks a child? There is not ONE African American child in the center and my daughters were treated so rudely by the children when visiting. Parents beware, Abbie's Daycare Is not for the community.
