I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Our child cried almost every time we dropped him off. One time when his mom picked him up he was sitting in a dark room all by himself in a chair. He says no really angrily and loud and I think he learned it there. Owner was disrespectful to young parents.
We don’t have a dark room in our facility. I never had a parent with a Lisa name or young parents. Our facility floor is one open room with 7 windows around. Unfortunately, you are mistaken my facility with another one.
