Description: Excellence in Early Education The D. Scott Hudgens, Jr. Early Education Center, on the campus of Gwinnett Technical College, offers the community innovative early care and learning. From its opening in August 2006, the Center has followed the highest accreditation standards of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The Center has already been recognized by Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education for modeling best practices in early education.
