I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My son (3.5 years old) attended Cynthia’s daycare for a couple months. In the beginning it was great and my son liked going there. That quickly changed when my son all of a sudden would tell me to go the other way when driving there and wrench in his seat telling me no he did not want to go. Every time I picked up my son, Cynthia would focus on the negative happenings of the day. Rarely did I ever get a report that he was doing good. For example, she would say that his tantrums “raised her blood pressure” and that you can’t punish kids with soap anymore it has to be a “good product”. She would also say his singing to himself all day long annoyed her and she couldn’t bare it. My son will not sing anymore and when asked why he doesn’t sing he says “because she said so”. She had also stated her neighbors can probably hear her yelling. My previously well behaved child is now acting out, screaming, and no longer singing. In my opinion, she is in the wrong field of work.
