Well, for a place of "God"the family is very judgemental and backwards in their ways. You see, my wife worked there from Nov. 4th 2019 thru Nov. 18th. 2019. She worked as a teacher asst with all the proper training and whatnot for Washington state. Coming from a Montessori school, they praised her, the main lady, Sylvia, even cried because her long search for "the one" was finally over.
So my wife works her Monday thru Friday minus one day, due to prior arrangements we let the employer know ahead of time. So 4 days total for that week, at 12.50 p/h @ 7 hours work per shift (8 - 1 for lunch) do the math. The day prior to payday, my wife is praised, looked up to, and offered LEAD Teacher position for her exp. This was said thursday, her past was messed up Friday, they gave her every excuse in the book, but no matter what, the math, did not add up according to their stories and reasonings. So, giving this place the "b of the d" we waited until next pay day, cuz boy oh golly gee, if this wasn't gone be the cluster of money we have all been waiting for. But beside the pay, when Monday came around, my wife still worked for them, because hey, why should the kids suffer due to the employers negligence. "she's a keeper". I know, anyway, she goes on in monday and almost immediately is told about her "lack of performance and efforts" and how "they don't know how it's gonna work out if she doesn't go to church with them" I was shocked, not only because that's really messed up but if your still reading this and trying to comprehend, then great, you know that the Wednesday prior to payday, she didn't work, so Thursday she was told of her great efforts and her possibility of lead teacher, doesn't work till Monday and that very day, is told her efforts changed... How? She has been off. When attempting to bring up payroll, they are very snippy and quick to divert the convo to the things you lack or need improvement on. Coming from a couple who has lost their beautiful son at 2 months old, not even 5 years ago December 3rd, 2015, and them claiming to understand and work for God, they are very unwelcoming and judgemental. As a mother, all my wife wants to do is give back to kids, why does the crossroads covenant church make it so painful to do what I've wanted to do all of my life. I can't have my son, at least let her work in a sound environment. Today was supposed to be that payday with what she was owed. She still hasn't gotten paid, we have been awake and disappointed over this stuff way too many times to let this go. This place is going to be getting a visit from the feds soon and my wife will be paid. I will update accordingly.

Wow. What a place.
