I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Crystal watched my child once and allowed him to stay outside to play on a ride-on toy with one of her children while she went inside with the younger children. Her child rode a toy down a hill behind my child and knocked him off the toy, fracturing his clavicle. She contacted me to say he had been hurt but appeared to be doing fine when we talked. I asked her to let me know if he continued to complain or act like he was in pain throughout the remainder of the day. I never heard from her again, so I assumed he was okay. When I picked him up from her daycare, he did not have his shirt on and it was evident that his shoulder was dropped and he was very upset and in pain. He was not able to tolerate sitting in his car seat. I was very disappointed in his care there and will not be sending him back.
