Description:
I am licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services to care for children in my home. I will provide developmentally appropriate care to support your child’s emotional, social, and physical development. Children will be provided with a variety of activities throughout the day including puzzles, age appropriate computer software, outside play, books, games, block building, art, singing, dancing, exercising, a little video and of course nap time. We will work with each child to develop their motor skills (crawling, walking, and hand-eye coordination) and educational milestones (speech object identification, shapes, colors, numbers, and alphabet). Breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks will be provided daily. Discipline will include positive redirects, encouragement and explanations of acceptable behavior as age/maturity of child involved allows.
