I have been a parent and employee here for a handful of years and I am sad to say this center is filthy ,regulations are often ignored,many of the other employees don't take the job seriously, there are unsafe and unsanitary practices and conditions. There is also no learning incorporated into the curriculum. Did I mention there was no actual effective fire evacuation proceedure?However, a new director has recently taken over and is trying to clean up the center so over time things should improve.
Both of my kids have attended past four years. Awesome ratios staff to children, clean, positive, Qualistar Colorado 3 star, love the Director and staff...have been through all six classrooms and had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this program!
My daughter attended this daycare for 9 months. The Director of this Facility is the most unprofessional person I have even seen. She would have billing discusions in front of other parents, policy and procedures are never clear, she will make your child move up even if you feel it is to soon, so she can get more children in the center. After my daughter was moved up to another classroom (never meant the teacher) and having a 2 day old bottle that had been missing given to me with old milk in it and in reach of other children and basically paying for an over priced babysitter (no educational ) programs being done as promised. I went looking for a new daycare when I found the one I thought would be a good fit I "tried" to put in my two weeks notice and the Director lost it she was yelling in my face while I was holding my daughter stating I was a "Liar" and I had been informed of her policies about "Bottles" I even had her previous teacher come in and state that I had not been informed this was still not good enough for her she than started yelling at the Teacher saying it was her fault that I had not been told. She than proceed to kick me and my daughter out of the daycare and withhold my money I had to call her boss to get a check and when I came to pick up my daughter's belonging and check she had sat them on a chair in front of her office unattended with a sign that stated my daughters name. This experience was the worst I have ever heard of. The teachers are awesome but young but the Director Lora should be fired for her gross behavior!!!
