Unprofessional staff who aren’t qualified to care for children!!! Poor management which puts children at risk to be neglected.
First I would like to say the building and setting has potential. However the caregivers in charge are pretty much babysitting. I don’t know if the owner is desperate for workers so allowing this to go on. The workers does not pay attention to the children they come to work in pajamas and inappropriate work attire and are on their cell phones constantly. They do not follow any type of schedule or put children down for naps. Workers drop kids and handle them rough causing harm to them. Serious incidents happen and they do not provide first aid nor do they fill out incident forms properly. I am utterly disgusted with the workers. Rather you private pay or state pays for you children deserve quality care. Parents have to work and parents trust caregivers to nurture and care for their children.
Charged me double rate $90 a day for 14 hours ( not in their policy, I have it) and then charged me double on 2 days daughter was not there 14 hours or more and said they would not fix it.
