I tried contacting the provider in regards to check on my child's behavior and ask the provider additional questions. Which by court order is in my legal right. The provider was very unsympathetic to the situation my child is currently in (custody battle). Would not answer my questions and even acquired me of lying when I tried to clarifies information. The provider was very unprofessional, yelled, screamed and hung up. The provider refused to return or picked my calls when trying to call to inquire about my child which is a violation of my legal right.
I am very disappointed with my experience regarding this childcare. I only let my children go there 6 days, and in that time span many negative things happened.
On the very second day I came to pick up my children just 30 minutes early and she said she had not fed them dinner.
There was also a incident involving her dog and my child ended up with small cuts on her knee. My daughter randomly made a statement that the dog had bitten her, but I have know idea what actually happened! Her cuts on her knee were never explained to me by the provider, and when I do ask about it she simply stated "she had fell". I do not know where she could have fallen that would cause cuts because there is only grass I've seen in the backyard.
The dog does not seem friendly and acts pretty ferocious, so it made my daughter's scared to use the restroom. They had frequent accidents at this home and were punished for them! The provider made my daughter sanitize and clean clothes because she was so scared of going pee she went in a cup.
The provider claimed she would assist my daughter in going to the bathroom, but my daughter complained that the provider made her go on her own.
On another day my daughter complained to me that the provider hurt her wrist/ arm. The provider claimed she was only trying to prevent her from running away, but I don't think her actions were necessary. You can refrain a child from doing something without hurting them.
During dinner my daughter would ask for another piece of chicken because all she has was one drummette, and a piece of rice and the provider refused to give it to her b/c she didn't finish her rice. My daughter was not asking for junk food! She absolutely does not like rice and I thought it was wrong for her to make her go hungry just b/c she disliked one portion of the food. She was not asking for candy.
I paid the provider 135$ in full in parent fee's, and then the provider kept the entirety of it even though my daughters only stayed there for 6 days.
I also was notified this money should have been returned, but after countless messages never was.
If you have small children I wouldn't recommend this daycare. The dog is the main reason. If you are going to be a childcare provider, have a friendly dog! Feed the children! Don't punish the children for having accidents out of fear!!

This is childcare provider goes above and beyond her call of duties for the kids. My kids have been there from 2 months to present.
