Worst child care provider i have ever dealt with. If you click on the "Things to look for when choosing a childcare provider" It tells you the place should have activities that are positive and stimulate the mind. It also says provider must have open communication with the parent. This place has no activities, no daily schedules she cant help with school work she, no replies or short replies when i call ..... Simply terrible! The vibe i always got was not good and my son made an accusation stating she would make him stand and face the wall- needless to say she no longer watches them as of last week. When i called CDR they refuse to speak with me because Dad did not put me on paperwork .... Dad and I talk the bare minimum so even with court paperwork according to CDR only Dad (who lied) has the power to give them permission to talk and release my kids information. This entire program has no clue when they are helping and when they are hurting sometimes.
