Description: Welcome to Childrens' Creative Learning Centers (CCLC), the provider for the new, CCLC Capitol City Child Care Center. This new program serves the families of CDSS and CA State employees, as well as community members living in the Sacramento, CA area. CCLC operates the Capitol City center which is conveniently located inside the California Department of Social Services building in Downtown Sacramento, on the corner of 7th and P Streets.
