Elderly provider that attempts to care for children. Provider more interested in personal business than in caring for child. Child felt unwelcome and cried everyday. Provider didn't make sure child that didn't self feed ate. She felt child should self feed and when child didn't child didn't eat. Child is no longer here and is thriving in new envionrment.
