I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Worst experience ever. Pulled our son out. Disgusting lady rude. Makes a new child take a nap locks them in a empty bedroom in a crib so they can’t get out let’s them scream. So she can take a break. Has the kids pee in the back yard. Horrible. My son was 16 months old.
